Designed with meticulous precision, each regiment is deep-carved into solid hardwood to create a striking three-dimensional masterpiece. The process begins with an original 3D model created directly from official MOD designs, which is then approved by the MOD as accurate and authentic before production begins.
The hardwood is milled to 1.5 inches thick and CNC deep-carved to achieve exceptional depth and detail. Each piece is then hand-finished and oiled, ensuring durability and beauty that will last for generations.
